Gift card

The Berbere gift card is the perfect gift for:

• wedding, 
• housewarming party, 
• any other occasion, being an excuse to endow a loved one with a discount code for the purchase of a dream carpet, rug or pouffe.

In our store we have two types of gift cards to choose from:

• electronic gift cards, 
• printed gift cards.

How do I redeem a gift card?

1. Select a product form the berbere.pl online store, 
2. Add the product to your cart, 
3. While placing your order, in the "I have a discount code" box, enter the code on your gift card,
4. If the price of the product exceeds or is equals the value of your gift card, the price of the product will be reduced by the equivalent of the gift card. You will pay the difference, if any, using one the payment options available in the store, 
5. If the price of the product is less than the value of the gift card, the price of the product will be reduced by the equivalent of the price of the product. In such a situation, please contact us to receive an additional discount code to use for your next purchase, for an amount equal to the difference in the value of the gift card and the product you purchased,
6. Place your order, 
7. Wait for the shipment and enjoy your dream purchase!

Terms and conditions:

1. The expiration date of the gift card code is 1 year from the date of purchase of the card.  
2. It is not possible to exchange the gift card for cash and refund the unused amount.  
3. It is possible to receive an additional discount code with a value equal to the unused amount of the gift card, to be used on the same day as the expiry date of the gift card. In order to receive such a code, please contact us by e-mail with BOK hello@berbere.pl 
4. In case of cancellation of the order or return of purchased products using the gift card code, the customer will receive a discount code with a value equal to the gift card with an expiry date on the same day as the gift card. A new discount code will be sent by e-mail, within a maximum of 7 days from the date of receipt of the return.  
5. The gift card code can be used once.  
6. Unused codes are forfeited.  
7. The gift card code can only be used for orders placed in the berbere.pl online shop, orders placed by e-mail to hello@berbere.pl and via social media of the Berbere online store.
