From the bottom they have a lock, thanks to which you can easily recreate and fill them yourself.

The ways we recommend to fill the pouf are:

spare pillows or duvets that each of us has at home,
old, damaged clothes and textiles or scraps of fabric,
ready-made, ecological fillers for poufs such as buckwheat seeds or cherry stones
