Hand woven, Boujaad type wool rug.
It was purchased in a village inhabited by the Amazigh people in the Middle Atlas Mountains of Morocco.
It was made entirely by hand, using traditional weaving techniques, and only natural dyes were used for dyeing.
On a light base are large, strong patterns in pastel gray, powder pink, falling into purple and blood red.
